To correct or remove a listing, email [email protected] with the community name and what needs changing. We do not charge for listings and we do not require a partnership to be listed accurately.
Urgent situations
We are not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
To report suspected abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult, call the Minnesota Adult Abuse
Reporting Center (MAARC) at 1-844-880-1574, staffed 24/7. To file a facility complaint with the
state, call the MDH Office of Health Facility Complaints at 651-201-4200.
